For specialist service providers

Stop pitching companies that aren’t buying.

We find organizations with a dated, public reason to need what you sell. We confirm the need with them directly. Then we introduce you, on one email thread, with the context already in it.

Food producer seeking a testing laboratory

Requirement
Shelf-life and microbiological testing for a new chilled product line.
Timing
Needed ahead of a planned launch in eight weeks.
Confirmed
The quality lead described the scope and target window by phone.
Your fit
Food-testing capability with capacity in that window.

Ready to talk. The quality lead has agreed to speak with a suitable lab. You both receive this brief on one thread.

Most outreach reaches people with no reason to reply.

Cold lists are built on who a company is. Buying decisions come from what just happened to it: a citation to fix, an acquisition to integrate, a product launch that needs testing.

Those events leave a public record. We read it, find the companies with a live requirement in your field, and talk to them before you ever do.

How it works

From a public signal to a conversation you can take forward.

Before any research starts, we agree in writing which services, buyers and situations you want us to pursue.

  1. 1

    We find the signal

We monitor dated public records (filings, awards, permits, citations, postings) for organizations showing a current requirement in your field.

  2. 2

    We confirm the need

We speak with the organization directly to establish what they need, when, and whether it matches the brief we agreed with you.

  3. 3

    We introduce you

When the buyer agrees to talk, you both receive one email thread with the confirmed requirement and timing. You take it from there.

Every introduction meets four tests.

  • A current need, confirmed in conversation
  • A clear target timeframe
  • A match to your written brief
  • A buyer who has agreed to speak with you

The introduction, explained

What it costs

Clear fees, agreed before we start.

Everything you pay is set out in a written proposal before work begins. In some markets the buyer pays a fee too, and both sides are told before any introduction is made.

Step 1 · To start

Introduction engagement

A one-time fee for a set number of qualified introductions against your brief. You see the method work in your market before committing to more.

  • Brief agreed in writing first
  • Introduction count fixed up front
  • Off-brief introductions replaced

Step 2 · If it works

Ongoing sourcing

A monthly retainer for continuous research, qualification calls and introductions as new signals appear in your market.

  • Regular reporting on what we found
  • Brief refined as you learn what converts
  • Term and cancellation in your proposal

How our team works →

Before we start

Expectations, in writing.

What exactly is a “qualified” introduction?

One that meets the four tests: a current need confirmed in conversation, a clear timeframe, a match to your written brief, and a buyer who has agreed to speak with you. It is an opportunity to win work, not a signed contract or a verified budget.

What if an introduction misses the brief?

We check it against the written brief. If it falls outside, we replace it.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The introduction engagement is a fixed scope. The retainer’s term, renewal and cancellation are set out in your proposal before you agree to anything.

Who pays for an introduction?

You pay for sourcing. In some markets the buyer is also charged a fee. Either way, any fee is set out in writing and disclosed to both sides before an introduction is made.

Are introductions exclusive?

Only if we agree it in your brief. Either way, we tell you how an opportunity will be handled before we make the introduction.

What happens after the introduction?

You and the buyer share one email thread with the requirement, timing and context. You run the commercial conversation directly. Both sides know who is paying us and for what.
